I'm fasted, it's noon haven't eaten since 7 last night.
I just took 5mg (2 tablets) of Yohimbine. The bottle says 1, online says I can take 6 since I'm 170lbs (77kg).
What am I supposed to feel. I don't feel any different.
I'm also sipping on coffee.
I've read about having to do fasted cardio on it, but I'd rather not because cardio will mess with my appetite and make me want to eat more. But I''ll go do something if I have to.
What should I do?

I deserve this. It's my fault for wanting quick results.
I'll double the dose tomorrow and the next day.
I went food shopping hopefully that is enough cardio.
