Yeah something like that, I have naturally broad shoulders and big pecs so at 11% BF Im looking decent (despite having lost a *lot* of muscle mass). I want to dip below 10% as atm I only have a lot of definition on my first two abs.

Your test is gonna drop when you lower calories, no way round it other than pinning. Once you hit your goal weight eat at whatever that maintenance is for a while then get another blood test, shit should normalize unless you're like sub 8-10%
