It's fooking delicous.

Halo is a good choice. Like calorie, high protein, can't go wrong. Some of their flavors are better suited for their recipe like lemon cake or pistachio. The chocolate feels like sorbet, or I just didn't wait long enough for it to soften.

Peanut Butter, Caramel and Mint Chip are the only good flavors. I like it but ever since I started eating it I've been getting occasional liquid shits

As a lifelong cutter I wouldn't waste the calories on it. And it's certainly not bulking food. Great for maintenance dieters though.
