Yes.
For example, I know a guy who is 6'3 with a huge rib cage, thick wrists, etc. He never works out or does sports, but he's can bench 200lbs for reps just like that. He's been to the gym with me a few times and once I taught him proper form he could squat and DL over 300 with zero lifting experience. Too bad he couldn't be assed to continue lifting with me.

No one just benches 2pl8 with zero experience. Either you're lying or gullible.

He did it when he came to the gym with me, and I know he's not lying because we've been close friends for about 10 years. Hell, the reason he wanted to come with me was because he was chubby.

2pl8 is not 200, that last 25lbs is a big jump. If he has proportionately short arms and high relative bodymass, it's feasible. My roommate is 305lbs and has 8 inch wrists at 5'10 but you'd guess about 260 looking at him, wide shoulders. He lifted for like two months ten years ago and reps out 195 on bench, just started with me a week ago. If he lost weight he'd get substantially weaker though.

My bad. I haven't used freedumb units in a while.

Literally seen multiple casuals come in and bench 2 plate.
My 1rpm is only 225. I could squat 2 plate right away
