So I've been hammering myself for at least 5 days a week for the past three months. Made decent gains, probably a bit easier than most since I used to lift heavily a couple of years back. Thing is, my lower back is shit and two days of not not lifting seems like I'm cheating myself out of gains. I figured I want to work on flexibility and endurance on the sixth day since I've never really been that flexible and I fucking hate cardio. Male gymnists have, in my opinion, the ideal body type and that is something I want to aim for. Any suggestions for what to do on that sixth day? So far I've started with deadhangs and hanging leg raises but any methods that both build muscle and flexibility would be welcome suggestions.
