Also a blue man on SS here OP,you running accessories?,and personally ill keep doing SS until i hit intermediate or get close to it then ill see what to switch to then,probably PPL or texas method but ill have to do some research first and decide on what i want.

When you are intermediate and can only add 2.5 kg every week on all exercises. Then move to Texas Method until 1/2/3/4 pl8. Then do what the fuck you want to do.
