I work as a programmer, the only "exercise" I have is riding my bike to and from work (abt. 40 mins everyday). I'm 180cm and weigh 84kg

I feel like I usually don't eat more than maybe 2100-2200 kcal; even when not explicitly counting them (I eat a lot of meat and only drink water, so it's not that difficult to eat under 2600kcal). yet, I have not experienced weight loss in the last months.

Why the fuck does 100g of dehydrated tomatoes contain 17g of sugar? I get fruit sugar, but this much?

Anyways, I don't understand how some people here struggle with fulfilling their protein goal, I overshoot consistently by 10 to 20%. I'm cooking lunch right now 300g of pasta and 200g of plain tomato sauce, shit's already 126g of protein and I have a daily goal of 107g.

I still have about 800 calories left for dinner, a small amount of sugar and some fat, no carbs or protein. If I get my 30 minutes of execise in I should have another 200 to 400 calories available. Can anyone recommend a food that I could eat without overshooting my goals?

Last night I went to a work BBQ that my gfs work was hosting at a winery. I ate some mexican salad, baked beans, salad and cole slaw, as well as shrimp on the bbq, chicken drenched in thai chili sauce(they drench it, not me) and ribs. I also went for seconds. then they pulled up a fucking ice cream truck they rented and i went full fat. i got a banana split with peanuts. I feel like trash.

I kept my days calorie count pretty low yesterday, before that dinner, but I still managed to rack up 4400kcal. Though Im hoping I overestimated enough that it wasnt actually that...but it probably was.

Since I fucked up so bad I plan on eating one meal a day for the rest of the weekend and I will increase my cardio during the week and resume my normal routine monday. that should offset my fuckup.

That's your problem then, I think it's safe to say that you have been crash dieting. You're probably also depriving yourself of vitamins/minerals (not to mention essential things like protein and whatnot) unless you've been taking supplements. Thanks, I could ever go up to 1400kcal and add 200g of protein from somewhere, it's just super hard to find sources that aren't also really high in calories or getting to the point of redundancy. Like I could eat 1kg of egg whites a day for only 400kcal (plus oil but you know) but that'd be incredibly painful/expensive.

Also maybe don't stove top cook eggs but consider baking them like a quiche. That way you can use less oil and add a ton of protein richer veggies to double up.

It won't actually. I make quiches literally for living. No stick spray bottom real well. Lay down your crust and make them 10 min, take out and fill with egg + seasoning + veggies + cheese, bake again till tops brown and egg just a bit solid. 350 temp. I use a cheap large muffin tin like pic related (10$ at walmart but you could prob find cheaper than that even) at home for individual ones. After the pan does have some egg/crust stick but I let it soak and it comes off every time after.

At home a make a kinda root veggie hashbrown-like crust using this recipe: http://www.miasdomain.com/2011/10/baked-root-vegetable-hash-browns.html

Lay that down flat and around the sides of the muffin tin, bake it till semi-crisp/brown and fill. But I used to use a whole wheat biscuit recipe, I just like this better now.

I'll also make protein muffins using buckwheat, zucchini, myprotein iso whey (you'd use hemp or some plant protein powder I guess), lemon, greek yogurt, whole white wheat, and frozen berries.

Chicken has about 120 kcal per 100 grams, so you can eat it by the pound. Vegetables are hit 'n miss, some have high sugar and carbohydrates, like peas and carrots. Broccoli and spinach are very good.
Be careful though as the grilling process leaves quite a lot of fat residue on your chicken, while fat is not bad, you shouldn't overdo it either.

It literally is, I presume it's due to less work on the butcher's part, one pound of turkey hen breast is just a huge slab of meat that takes two or three cuts to clean, while a pound of chicken breast requires the same amount of cuts, but are usually 3 to 5 pieces per pound.

Started in february 120 kg and first pic is 115 now i'm 93kg at 180cm. From March i lost almost 15kg but i feel there's almost 0 difference on how my body looks in pictures and almost all of my fat was lost from legs. Did anyone else run into this problem? I will warn that barely eating anything can cause a rebound binge. It's much smarter to just go back to normal, albeit maybe go out with treats/reduce calories SLIGHTLY for a while.
You're doing good, it matters more about the calories through a long period of time, within a week you will have corrected what has happened.
