During squat warm ups in my 3rd week of SS i found i couldnt do them properly as the upper and inner part of my left thigh hurt. The pain reached a bit from near my groin to about midway or so down the thigh, and it wasnt soreness.
I want to say it felt like a "string" but i dont want my retardation to suggest hamstring or something cause i wouldnt know
Any idea what that is? I stopped and did just bench and deadlift

Try doing high rep shit on machines for adductors and stretch it afterwards

May be a mobility issue, do some bodyweight squats (ATG, heels on the floor) throughout the day for a couple of weeks.
