What the hell /fit/ I feel so intensely ashamed of myself. I look like such a faggot and never realized until just now. It's time that I make a change.

What routine should I get started with to build strength?

inb4 "you won't make it;" I lost 60 lbs in 2015 thanks to info and help from /fit/. just have never pushed myself farther than that

Just do SL 5x5, eat more food, get quality sleep, and stay consistent. Do this for 2-6 months or until you start to plateau, and then switch over to an intermediate program more suited for your goals. Good luck mate, we're all gonna make it.

Yes, beginner programs are in the sticky. Under Part IV. The 3 recommendations they have are SS, SL, and Reg Parks 5x5. SL is best imo, especially with a couple of accessories (pullups, dips, curls, chest flies, etc.)
