If I'm fat will I still get gains if I eat on a cut since im fat? My lifts are improving rapidly due to noob gains, but idk if I should be cutting or bulking. I want to keep improving my lifts.
Depends on if you are trying to lose weight. If you are then don't bulk. If you don't care about being a fatty and are just trying to put up big ass numbers then you should maintain weight until your lifts stall, and then bulk

Your lifts wont stall because you're a beginner. Cut down to your goal weight and then bulk to get stronger after that. Bulking to become more ripped is a meme and you never put on enough muscle mass to make it worth it.
