Haven't worked out in over 5 years and wanted to get /fit/ for confidence and stamina reasons
>decide on a small 1.5 mile run to start on Monday
>not even halfway through and I'm dying
>stop running at a little over a mile in and do the walk of shame back to my start point
>think to myself "I didn't know I was that out of shape! This is terrible!"
>decide to do this run until I can finish it without dying
>go on the same run on Wednesday
>finish fine...
>even get some sit ups and push ups in afterwards to add to the workout
>think back on recent events and try to figure out wtf changed in 2 days
>on Monday I was running pretty fast and on Wednesday I was going at a steady pace the whole time
>mfw I forgot how to run

Everyone starts somewhere. You can do it.
