Outside of the night of Friday and Saturday, the eating stays clean and the lifts stay regular.

I will drink socially (one or two drinks max) OR I will buy a six pack once a month and drink and play vidya games after a good lift.
If it sucks my gains for a day, whatever. I am a saint for the rest of the month and it's my feel good every once in a while.

Instead of taking 2 servings of protein supplements on Fridays I just drink vodka in the evening. And then maybe some drinks saturday but I always fit them into my cut. It's easy as pie guy.
I just mix hard alcohol with water so I get full and dont want to drink more or eat more than I should because im drunk.
3 cold ones in the morning and 3 in the evening to fit my macros
