Anyone else have this happen to them?
Long story short, first time going to the gym, wake up the next morning and my muscles ache.
How does /FIT/ get over that fatigue/discomfort and go lift again?
Any reason why muscles ache after workout?

just lift more you faggot
have you ever thought "hmm, maybe i should type in my question into google and get about one million results that say the same thing before i make a post on /fit/"
shaking my head to be completely honest famalam
It's DOMS. Get used to it early on....and it's like building pain tolerance, the more you go to the gym...the least it will hurt after....if your super sore I would take a little bit lighter the you did initially. But what ever you do. Don't skip your days... Pop some tylonal, get some bengay, drink some coffee, and keep fucking lifting.
What a fucking retarded bait thread. Kill yourself
Are you a retard and a pussy?

Hey, ever think that new fags that never lifted before are asking question on a board that is about Fitness?
Ever think about that?
I am just curious to know what is the motivation that gets you guys to get over the pain.

By your third lifting session it shouldnt be sore on this level anymore. Stiffness is common. But downright shitty sore is a noob thing.

Motivation is for weak willed people. It's called fucking discipline. A man is nothing but his word...if you can't even keep your word to yourself, then this is not for you...weenie hut jrs is a few fucking doors down...stop being a baby, puff out your chest. Grab your balls and keep going g you damn sissy
Post yfw the day after you did squats for the first time

Ever heard of Google? You don't need motivation to get over muscle soreness. It goes away
