So I'm taking multiple supplements but not taking more than the daily serving size, should I be concerned ? I'm also not on any medication.
Biotin, Fish Oils, Multivitamin, and Collagen. Thanks
Pic-Sumwat related.
Concerned by what? How they interact with each other? There are a few metals that will decrease your intake of others, like zinc inhibiting your iron absorption. Just read up on each supplement individually.
Do you take all of your supplements at once? I have my 6 capsules and 5 tablets all at once for convenience and feel that I should spread them throughout my day.
Also, I just bought some D3. What %IU do people take daily? I took two 2000s.

unless your doctor tells you to, buying vitamins is literally a waste of money, nothing but a placebo effect if you """""feel"""" anything at all

>Biotin
you easily obtain more than enough biotin through your diet.
>Fish Oils
go for seaweed, no metals.
>multivitamin
there have been enough studies to show that multivitamin is barely absorben by your body and its just a waste of money

>Collagen
cmon bro
You should take a Vitamin D3 supplement and thats pretty much all.

Yo will eventually urinate most of what you take. Go for smaller doses spread through-out your day instead of a huge one at one time.

Ive used it for about two months, and honestly I think it is a meme. 4 months ago i was 190, i worked out a good bit, had some muscle on me, decided i needed to cut, didnt really get anywhere with that, got just a regular protien whey isolate about 2 months ago, checked my diet, ran a mile and biked 20 mins with every workout and now I am at 165. If youre looking to get cut, just get some cardio, like 30 mins everyday is plenty, you shouldnt lose gains. Do some abs everyother workout, and some legs every other workout. Chest and back one day, 4-5 exercises each. Shoulders and arms the next. Watch what you eat, no fast food, get bunch of water, and your protien. Cant go wrong here
