Okay I need some help, I just made a new dietary plan and it's really simple, chicken, rawrice, oatmeal, eggs, protein and fast calories powder and peanutbutter.
Now I did my entire scheme according to the nutritional facts I found on the internet. After buying everything I decided to go weigh everything on a scale on which I poured 100ml of water on to see if it would show 100grams and it did.
Now after weighing 1dl of everything all of my numbers are wrong. 1dl of oatmeal is supposed to be 35-40grams but mine is at 60grams.
An egg is supposed to be at 60grams and that's a large egg but mine is at 100grams (its local and ecological eggs).
The rice weighs 100 grams according to the scale but it's supposed to weigh 80grams.
So what do I do? Do I change it accordingly or do I keep the scheme and eat what I've written or should I change it to the values I've gotten from the scale? i'm conflicted, if anyone else here has oatmeal and a scale please weigh it and post the numbers.
