after becoming /fit I noticed that some guys start giving me a lot more respect than usual, like they're nicer to you and shit. But some guys also start viewing you as an opponent, a challenge. These dudes usually straighten up and push their chest when they're walking by you, some even look me in the eyes or hit me with their shoulders when we walk by, lol

Same here man. I live in an apartment complex with a lot of high school qts and boys. When I was fat the boys were real friendly and playful but ever since I lost the weight and got muscles they try to ridicule me and give me stink eyes. I haven't even talked to the girls due to my social autismo

From what I have noticed, overreacting with pure agression turns them into beta fags. Of course, I am a nice guy, maybe a bit annoying sometimes but I also noticed some people trying to step (?) me down for no reason, that's not something I am used to cause I have always been a skinny guy.
Say, this one guy at PE classes at uni tried to act alpha and shit, like giving those looks and when he once imitated going for shoulder check I just went all in so he dodged it, he hasnt done shit since.
I have no idea what makes people do those moves, I do not walk like some neanderthal, my appearance is nice, I smile when passing someone but still, that is still too much and irritating for some people, at least it seems so.
I got a bit sad writing this and reminding all those situations I didnt really want to take part in :(
