It's really effective if your main goal is gaining mass and you're on a healthy dose of vitamin t.

Regarding gains, you will get them quite fast, if your nutrition and sleep schedule are on par.
If you want fast results, and a real challenge, go for it. But, in the end, make sure you re having fun. If you start dreading the workouts and become inconsistent, you'll get worse results than doing a brosplit
