You can also do it without counting calories, but you will have more inaccuracys.
Since 200kg persons eat a shitload of food, they need to know how much they have to eat to loose weight.

Alright, I think thats all I've got.

I share and read fat pepole stories to remind myself what it was like living day to day as a fat person. It sucked. I fell in with the haes crowd and i bought into their bullshit for a while. I thought I looked okay, I started wearing dresses and shorts (I'm a girl), and other feminine stuff I never used to be comfortable in. Although my blood pressure and such were well within a healthy range, I started worrying about diabetes, I hurt all the time, I was sluggish and unmotivated and sad. My knees hurt all the time, my endurance was atrocious, sex was less enjoyable, I constantly had a cold, and I got 3 urinary tract infections. Everything was going downhill and I didn't even realize it.
Then I found fat people stories.
Specifically, I found a story about a girl who liked doing jumping Jacks but wanted to know if it was normal to "get wet down there". When you reach a certain weight, the sheer internal pressure on your organs can make some women wet themselves a little when they jump up and down.
I decided I was never going to find out how big you have to be for that to happen.

Since then I've lost 45lbs. I counted calories, then eventually started going to the gym. When I first started, I struggled to run for a minute and a half straight. Now I can run 3 straight miles and I lift (admittedly not very much). I feel better. I'm not sick all the time, I enjoy being outside and being active and video games and reading more. I still have suicidal thoughts daily, but I feel stronger mentally too, so I can handle it. I also look a lot better, which is definitely nice.

Fps are a reminder why I go to the gym when I'm tired and would rather just go to sleep, or why not to eat an entire tub of ice cream after a visit with family. Fat people are still people, but I don't want to subject myself to their struggles. I don't want to live a life where my body feels like the enemy.
