Our kitchen is being redone and we're without a stove top and oven for a while. How would you eat to keep your gains?
We still have a slow cooker, microwave, panini press and an egg cooker we can use.

> Jif Reduced Fat peanut butter

Is the meat gonna be good if I can't sear it? The slow cooker can't really do that.
I guess I could use some other stuff, I think I've seen packs of meat meant for soups before.

Yeah just use cheaper or tough cuts. You shouldn't put chicken breasts but chicken thighs with bone in are good and you can make a mexican style caldo with a fuckton of veggies. That'll be a couple days easy. Slow cooker texas chili. Slow cooker lamb barbacoa with avocado tacos.
You could do cold sandwiches/wraps for lunch like a mediterranean tuna salad. Oats are microwaveable and if you have the steal cut they come out great in a slow cooker. Or just overnight fridge oats. Steaming veggies in microwave is actually how I usually do it, they objectively come out better this way and more nutritious than boiling them over stovetop.
