When I had a program from George Leeman it had me doing 5x10-20 side laterals twice a week,
and 10x10-20 rear delt flies twice a week on squat and deadlift day
as the weight increased form went from stricter to cheating till it was closer to this

OP your kind of fuck - your shoulders are crazy narrow. Even if your shoulders dramatically increased in size without that with no one will notice.
OHP or dumbell shoulder press and lateral raises. Increase your back and traps too.
