Blessed with abnormally high test levels, lift 5 days a week great gains bro split. Blowing it out at the gym before I probably go bald from the test and kms.

Really fucking slowly. I can go up maybe 1-4 reps total (split between sets) per session.
Usually do 3x10-15 on isolations. Pick weight you fail around 10-12 reps, aim for doing 13-15 within all three sets, then increase.

trips don't lie. I can't really comment on the matter anyway, I do high pulls and power cleans as part of my program and those rape my traps too much to even guess what of it comes from the actual DL kek
