I hit a 210lbs bench after 4 months of lifting.
I used to feel very depressed and like life was out of my control and I know it is a meme but lifting is honestly improving my life. It is giving me confidence in my ability to pursue and achieve goals. The ability to put in the work and get where I want in a relatively short time is very rewarding and makes longer term goals like degrees seem much more within my reach.
What are some good feels you have recently had?
