is there any significant difference between barbell deadlifts and trap bar deadlifts?
did trap bar for the first time today and not scraping/bruising my shins was amazing but I want to know if there is a reason to do barbell over trap
also trap bar is god tier for shrugs

I've wanted to try this because of weird body proportions throwing off my form for barbell deadlifts, i wouldn't say I have a weak back, but my deadlift is shit I can do crap form 225 for 5 reps and even then it feels sketchy
