Rate my arms routine:
A: Maxing days (mon-fri)
x5 15 pound curls
x5 pushups
×5 chest-ups
×5 pushups
1 5 second hold
Repeat 3 times, then add 5 pounds and do again
B: (rest days)
(Do everything in A without the pushups)
By the way "chest ups" are when you bring the bar to your chest, and a 5 second hold is when you bring it up to your chest and hold it there
