The dollar store near me actually has their own brand of whey protein. Sometimes I think it's just ground up sawdust because it taste so bad but so far I've made some pretty good gains with it.

what even is this meme?

Walmarts cheapest. If your drinking it like you should be your gonna go through a tub every week and a half. At more than 20 a tub it gets pricey.

Just bought that whey, comes in tomorrow. Fits the macros for cutting, hopefully it gives me the edge I need

My protein always causes constipation for me. Every single one of their products except for their Creatine.
I just eat.

on whey gold standard or whatever it is. Tasty cheap and effective
Get this
Hopefully it'll settle these daily "what protein thing should i get i hope it tastes like ice cream" threads
Thinking of getting Mutant Mass. How's the taste?
I use two italian brands atm.
One is Yamamoto Ultra Whey Complex and the other is One Protein WHEY.
Cheap as dirt and pretty good, Yamamoto has a lighter taste and a higher density in proton, so I will finish the One Protein one and go back at the Yammas.
There's another italian brand, they make chicken whey(literally), never tried that brand though.
