what does /fit/ think of this? I accidentally ordered this because it was in a section with preworkout supplements. it says it increasing nitric oxide up to 950%. wtf does that mean, and is there a point to even taking this shit. it says to take 5 pills 2 times a day before meals.

nitric oxide is a Vasodilator which means they widen the blood vessels allowing more nutrients to your muscles. It's up to you if you think that makes a difference.
