Hey everyone, fit veteran here.
Trying to gain weight but nothing seems to be working. Here is my diet so if anyone could give me some input thanks.
Me - 5'7, 160lbs, somewhat of a weird athlete frame not sure how to describe it
diet -
breakfast - bowl of captin crunch, 2 glasses of milk, some peanut butter, sardines
lunch - a salad with tuna and ranch dressing
dinner - stuffed baked potatos, chicken, chow mein
snack - ramen noodles, lunch meat, ice cream
