depending on if it's actually a problem with your bone structure, you can improve it anyway by increasing foot supination and training your hip abductors

Are you saying I gotta use the pussy machine

do this plus stretch your acl. get a foam roller and roll on the outside of you thigh. hurts like a bitch but helps a lot.

Go to a podologist and let him check whether it's a foot problem. Custom insoles fixed this for me.

If you're the same as me anon, it's probably not a bone structure problem.
Do you lock out your legs like pic related? If so, then the solution is easy. Train your hamstrings, glutes and quads, as well as correcting the way your stand, overextending the hamstrings results in genu recurvatum or (hyper extention)
For me, my right leg ham string is more loose than my left leg and so it looks more 'knocked' than my left leg if you say.

Ya that looks like the problem then. So just doing squats will fix it?
What really helped me was trying to walk with my feet facing perfectly forward. It feels really weird at first but you'll get used to it. Walk like that for like an hour a day and it'll get fixed.
Also Squats and oats. Also fix your posture. Don't forget to stretch faggot

Why do women tend to be knock-kneed and men tend to be bowlegged? This mystery has plagued me for over a decade.
>>41817237
Well women have a higher q angle because they have wider hips.

In younger patients, an easy fix is to sit cross-legged or "Indian-style". Whenever you watch TV or find yourself sitting for long periods of time, rather than a chair, sit on the floor with your legs crossed. This will help to correct it over time.
The times I've seen this, the condition was due to odd posture and sitting position. For example, one girl was sitting in a pseudo-split. Imagine doing a full kneel, sitting on your heals, then doing a split, so that your heels are to the side of you. It's a fun flexibility exercise, and I remember doing it as a kid, but it messes your knees up like OP if you do it too much.
If you're an adult, the hay might already be in the barn on this one, and you might need to see an orthopedist.
