You can't angle fraud in motion, video is actually the most accurate as long as you maintain a decent distance from the camera to compensate for lens distortion.

Usual cameras don't capture depth very well so a frontal pic will probably show a flat chest even if it's decently developed. Just take side shots lel

your perspective is through your own eyes, the location, the irl detail. in a video it picks up light differently and makes things look shaded different, or overall have a different film over it.

you also probably just don't like seeing yourself in still image or film as much as you do irl. the sense of being in the present and looking at your reflection is a different experience than seeing it on a screen captured in time.

you are focused on other parts of yourself and view yourself accordingly. when you see an image or yourself in video again you are looking at yourself in 3rd person and those same things you are focused on seem to look different for you. i don't know what this "complex" is called, but i know a lot of people, especially girls, show this.

It's 50% your phone camera lens is shit-tier and 50% you're so used to seeing yourself in mirrors that non-flipped versions of yourself is offputting.

Spend 500 bucks on a nice camera if you really wanna see how you look. Small lens sizes can really distort people who have prominent features like high cheekbones or jawlines since depth is not captured very well (I'm talking about iphone cameras). You could also pay to get some professional photos done, those would be a closer semblance.

Yeah this is true. People are fooled because phones and compact digital cameras have such high image quality these days but it's NOTHING compared to a DSLR.
I bought one in high school in like 2006 and literally everyone asked me to take photos of them because "I take such good photographs". Ok it's true I understood the basics of composition etc. but really it was 90% the DSLR. Pictures taken with one makes you look like you look in real life pretty much, except crisper with some (not too obvious) post processing.

Your eyes adapt way better to light then cameras do
