Any tips on how to looksmax for an upcoming event? I'm sunbathing for 1 hour a day (still have 5 days) in hope to even out farmers tan.
I'm gonna get a pump just right before the event and my BF is pretty but should I avoid salt the day before or even fast? Can I reduce water weight or look even ripped this way or not?

This should help you minimize water weight while eating carbs the day of will help your muscles to look "full"
