How to get a wider ribcage or wider shoulders ?
I've been killing myself myself with pullovers and flyes but there's little to no change.
It might seem not so bad on the pic but IRL it's shit, I hate my shape when clothed, I always have to hold a lot of air to be somewhat attractive and avoid looking like a thin pear.
Please help me /fit/
