get an x-ray of your wrist to see if your growth plates have fused or not. then take it in pulsed doses to most closely mimic puberty. google it, i remember someone on some forums did like 12.4IU spread out throughout the day or something like that.

did that when i was 22 and grew 2 inches by 23.

my growth plates were not fused. now they are. (i'm 25)
