Looking to get bigger forearms but want to speed up the process instead of just getting them naturally.
Are they worth it?

don't buy the plastic shit ones, buy captains of crush
they're good for developing your crush grip strength and definition, not that great for growth though. Especially if you've been training a while.
Wrist rollers are better for growth, use them both together.
There good for maintaining strength and size when not working out, dljust don't expect god like gains from them

Ive found grippers to work my hands and fingers way more than my forearms

Do pull ups for increased grip strength
>>41804836
Yes OP, they do work. Although I wouldn't buy a piece of shit like the one you posted.

Buy what this anon said and also know you'll have to do another movement for forearm gains because while grip strength does help, it isn't going to make your arms explode with mass.
They didn't work for me, honestly.
The first month I started lifting, I made more gains/progress than a year of using that thing (@ boring office job I had at the time).

Pull-ups on a fat bar is preferable. Buy some fat dip bars and do face-pulls with them.
They're great as an accessory, but I wouldn't waste my time with anything like the one you posted. Get some CoCs
