Two weeks ago i did simple body weight neck curls. Ever since then i feel pain in marked area when i tilt my head back. Am i fucked?
Probably herniated a disk. why would you do such a tard exercise?

I got one from doing weighted neck curls. It's basically because your neck muscles are weak AND you fucked up on form/volume/ etc.
It'll go away eventaully. just rest. but if it becomes unbearable or worsens, see a doc.

if you are lucky, perhaps just a mild neck sprain.
If you are not lucky, a disk just got herniated. A herniated neck is more troublesome than herniated lumbar.
