Start of bulk:1/30/17 Current 6/14/17 been at 185ish since may @160lb @187 Bicep.15.5 in 16.2in forearm.12in 13.5in thigh.20.5in 24.5in calves.14in 15in waist.31 in 34.5 in When i started this bulk i had never been past 170lb so its been cool seeing my strength increase only thing i kept track of was my incline bench @160 lbs 225 for 2 @185 225 for 12/ with a pump without 10. Ive been maintaining for about a month and feel like my stomach is getting out of hand so idk if i should begin to cut now or make a new goal and try and hit 200 and see where that takes me . http://imgur.com/a/AvEwZ
