Hey guys. Just looking for some general advice.
I'm 5'9" and was 179lbs in January. Very little muscle and a lot belly fat. Started dieting (1500-1700cal/day) and doing light exercise and from January to March I dropped to 160lbs took a break in April and went up to 167. Restarted in May and now I'm back down to 159.
I still have some belly fat and I really wanna get it all down but lately I've been having problems with my knees hurting if I stand for too long and my libido is pretty low. I don't even feel to jerk off anymore. Should I just power through and keep going till I make my goal or take another break?

Your knees should not hurt just from standing and your libido is seemingly immaterial.
Not sure what you want here, dude. You know how to lose weight, because you've done it and you admit that you have done it.
