I weigh about 128 lbs, am 5.7, and 24 yrs old. Am normal size, not fat but decent form???
I started doing only upper body training since last year and am pushing around 210 for my 1 rep max happily (going for 260 by next summer).
Unfortunately, I've been neglecting my lower body so I want to spend the time to work on my trunks, specifically my abs.
I've been told that I shouldn't lose any weight and should bulk. How do configure my diet? From online calculators, I need around 2100 calories to maintain my weight. How much should I increase this by?
Should I just bulk this fall/winter then cut spring/summer?
I also eat a lot of rice. I'm guessing I should cut that out?
