The outside of my knee is swollen and there is a slight dull pain. Should I be concerned ? I don't remember how I hurt it ... Leg day is Friday brahs ;_;
is being a doctor/nurse the most beta thing in existence? your entire life is spent caring for other people. you don't live for yourself at all.

Does it hurt to walk? If not give it a few days rest.

student RN, i'm basically useless but I'll do my best.
what's your range of movement with no pain?
take a pic of both your legs together so i can compare.
what were you doing before it hurt?
any previous injuries?
Did you put pressure on the knee? If so,it's possibly preachers knee,aka infrapatellar bursitis. It usually involves swelling,warmth,and mild pain.

It doesn't hurt anymore when I walk and I have full ROM... It's just kind of a full pain I feel constantly no matter what I do and I don't remember what exactly caused this I just kinda noticed it. It's left knee in pic (my right)

also i have never had any knee injuries. Im just really worried because ive had friends in football back in high school that have torn their ACL's and didnt know it at the time and went back in to play only making it worse

Looks like some mild swelling. Cold compress and elevation would help.
Wrap your knee while exercising with a compression bandage or brace. If it hurts to do an exercise them stop.
Take it easy for a week if I was you. Skip leg day if still swollen on Friday

Sounds like knee bursitis to me (medfag here), I'd still go see a physician to determine how important it is, might need a cortisone shot.

kys faggot.

right knee is def inflamed but i can't tell if you tore an ACL or anything. However if you have full ROM and can weight bear I highly doubt it's torn.
Most likely you have tendinitis. Just ice it and rest, if something hurts, don't do it.
