Started lifting 6 months ago. Currently on a PPL routine. PR's: >185 bp

>205 squat
Considering starting strong lifts 5X5 because I want to do a bulk. Im pretty thin and think its limiting my strength. Good idea?

if you're trying simply to lift heavier, then yeah bulk. but do it slowly and gauge if you're getting fat.
3rd week deadlifting once a week already on 110kg which is 240 or so lbs so how has it taken you 6 months
