Well 3plate squat for reps and 4plate DL are easy to obtain in less that 12 months, but most people in the gym dont actually do those lifts so normies would think its decent.

I go with the pyramid scheme:
10 10 8 8 6 (reps) and on heavy exercises like DL I will add one more set
I have a 2 split: Pecs/biceps(arms)/abs (shoulders are always somehow included) and Back/Triceps/Legs
That goes 6 times a week

On every day I have 15 exercises, normally going 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Already am

My lower back has been fucked for the past couple days, so I literally cannot do OHP, squats, or deads without being in immense pain. I've been pounding NSAIDs and letting it rest, and so far it has gotten better. I just want to squat again, leg press is fucking lame.

Everyone is different though. Deadlifting is cake for me, but squatting is by far my weakest lift. With OHP as a runner up. Insertions and shit I suppose.

Appreciate the nice words tho. Don't worry, your deadlift will shoot up soon
