On a summer cut right now and I managed to drop from 85kg to 82.3kg. Felt pretty good because abs were really starting to get defined and I progress was fast.
Long story short, went to Ayia Napa and got really fucking smashed. I remember barely eating that day (500 calorie breakfast and a big salad worth maybe 150 or 200) but when I got back home I weighed 84.7. It's going down slowly but why does this happen?
I've noticed I'm a lot less defined as well. Is it bloat?
Tl;dr drank too much one night, massive weight gain despite not going over BMR. Why?

Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, faggot. A single shot of everclear has 230 calories. Also you're probably retaining a shit ton of water as you recover from your drinking.
Stop being paranoid, your bodyweight flucuates on a daily basis because of water retention, so weighing yourself over a small period of time is useless.
Just wait till you lose the water weight.
And next time eat more before you go drinking, you will get smashed way more easily on an empty stomach
