bulking is almost entirely useless unless it it is VERY sport-specific. it's a waste of time and the very idea that a natural lifter would consider it is insane. ifbb pros don't even "bulk" ie get fat to get better leverages and better weight to lift more.

get out of this stupid and fruitless cycle and stay reasonably-lean. you're really making a terrible mistake to do otherwise and i can elaborate if you want with the yous
