rarely will a woman's TDEE be over 2000 calories. more like 1800. a 1000 calorie deficit is not a lot. a lot of you guys are big and tall so you eating 1500 is just as harsh of a woman cutting at 1800 calories.

1. Only skinnyfat dyels who've never trained before think they have to go down to 1500 to be able to cut, and they usually just end up fucking with their T-levels, losing sleep and getting 30% of their calories from chicken breast or protein powder.
2. Look at percentages. A dude who's eating 1500 instead of his TDEE of 2300, is in a 35% deficit. A thot who's eating 800 instead of her TDEE of 1800, is in a 56% deficit. Anything below 25% for a prolonged period is already considered aggressive weight loss strategy, that would fuck up your strength and well being.

An 800 intake is excessive if you weigh close to 100 pounds. If you are a female blimp (over 150lbs), then yes 800 calories a day is fine.
