Really love the volume and power sets, but as a scrub I saw more progress on PPL than PHAT.

The one really nice thing I got out of PHAT is going from 225 to 275 on my deadlift without deadlifting once. Threw out my back and spent the summer squatting and doing all the assistance work, and still made back gains along the way.

I'm on it for the last 9 months with about a 1 month break in between somewhere around January to finish my final year project in uni.
Great results, but I'm actually working now and finding it hard to spend 5 days a week in the gym.
Moving on to PPL 3 days week literally this week.
Great program though, couldn't recommend it enough if you have the time.
