Been lifting for two months now. Going through different routines rn.

If I go to the gym every other day, I can do the routine effectively with good form.

If I go everyday, I just feel drained after the second exercise. This was the case when I took creatine(now I'm cycling, still the same case)

I eat 6 times a day adequate protein intake etc.

I have a friend in the gym who works out daily and he says he doesn't feel drained at all. He's there doing 4-6 exercises daily(hitting one or more muscles). He's naturally very muscular.

Why do I feel drained? Is there anything I can do about it? (BTW- no pre workouts. I eat a pair of eggs before and after working out and a mass gainer shake.)

because you're weak
>>
because you are lifting heavier for your CNS than your friend. your body grows and needs time to recover. if you'd lift shit weights you could be at the gym every day like your friend

if you want to go to the gym every single day start lifting much less than you currently are

I agree sounds like CNS strain. Caused by your body total workload exceeding its maximum recoverable workload. It's caused by overall volume rather than related to say blitzing a workout. Everyone's work capacity is different and part of training is learning to understand and read the signs your body gives you.

I'd recommend taking like 3-5 offf and allow your body to recover - I garuntee you feel stronger when you go back. Maybe reevaluate how often you train perhaps you aren't taking rest days often enough.
