Let's settle this. Are asymmetric abs just based on insertions and thus genetics or does your exercice and posture have any form of effect on them? Is there anybody that got to correct their abs based on specific routines? If so, pictures of before and after algong with tips would be appreciated.
I have pretty defined abs and adonis rim, but my gut is bulging out? Im not on ugh and I dont do crossfit

Very possible you just don't have them trained tight at all. Do you ever do vacuums?

Uhm, I would rather say its posture related, might be you not engaging your abs enough or relying your weight too much on lower back
