What is up famalam ?
Eurofag running back here trying to reach new heights during my offseason.
I'm already doing a PPLx2 so the lifting part is pretty assured, but for speed and conditioning I am doing 80-120 meters sprints, 12 to 16 reps, 3 times a week. Is that enough, or too much as I am 6'1 225 lbs ?
Also general advice on football offseason
