How do I improve grip strength?
I tried to break my lmao2pl8 (for reps) plateau in diddlylifts but only managed 2 reps because the bar was slipping from my hand.
Pic unrelated

Load up the bar to a weight you can hold it at, but not comfortably.
Grip, lift, hold.
Does wonders for your traps as well.
grip more stuff; rows pullups etc
as simple as that
I'm 140lbs and I have to mix grip my shrugs at 210lbs. Fuckin sucks.
get those things that you put on bars or dumbbells etc that make the handle nearly 3 times as wide. Huge grip and forearm gains incoming. Use those for heavy dumbbell farmers carries.

Hold heavy things for prolonged periods of time.
Also, use hookgrip

Double overhand everything until you can't, then switch to mixed grip/hook grip/straps
Do whatever extra grip work
>static holds
>DIY wrist roller
>bb finger curls
>those gripper things

>bar was slipping from my hand.
Most like grabbing it wrong, place the bar right where your fingers connect. I see lots of retards putting the bar in the palm and seeing it slip after the first rep into their fingers.

The actual correct answer is this guy

My lower back always feels "weird" after doing static holds with more than I can deadlift, I'm guessing it's spinal compression that I wasn't conditioned for.
I prefer hanging from a pullup bar with weights attached to my legs.
I do body weight dead hangs and try to hold on for 30-40 seconds for 5 sets daily. It helps.
