I took 4 months off of lifting and lost 10 pounds going from 155lbs to 145lbs
all my lifts have gone down by like 30% and my abs are soft looking. Used to be able to do 1/2/3/4

I was off for a year and have done a lean bulk. Worked pretty well for me.

eat more than a normal bulk as you will gain the muscle back faster. Maybe +500kcals per day

You'll never lose the muscle fibers (unless aids), once you work out again and eat well those fibers will be activated again(activated means that the cells which power the fibers grow back). Then you'll be stronger than before!
