I blend oatz and banana for pre-workout. Sometimes add yoghurt and maybe honey or jam.
For your endeavor (a semi-liquid meal with tons of calories) animal fats are your friends. You might consider boiling a lot of veggies and adding them diced, then adding a measured quantity of lard or butter depending of the calories you wanna have, blend it all and season it somehow into being enjoyable to eat.
Trust me, if you add enough diversity of veggies and spices anything you cook is gonna taste good.
You might consider throwing in some protein powder when you're at it as well. Whatever works for you, enjoy potions class, Harry.

My current shake is
1 cup of cooked rice : 200 cals 4g protein
Half cup of oats : 150 cals 6 g protein
500ml milk : 250 cals 14g protein
Vanilla
Cinnamon
2 tbsp of brown sugar
I will add now
2 tbsp coconut oil : 270 cals
2 tbsp peanut butter : 180 cals 6g protein
With that it will have 1000 cals and 30g protein
